I know, I'm probably going to get some feedback saying that I'm better off using actual fruit, but if you want a quick way to add some fruit flavorings to your beer I personally would recommend this. Cold crashed and racked to a keg a couple days later. It didnt turn out as hazy as i wanted but i thought the color was pretty good! I used Amoretti Craft Puree at the end of primary fermentation, the additional sugar in the Craft puree restarted the fermentation. I thought I would share my recipe (Beersmith published recipe here) for the Pineapple Coconut Hazy I just brewed since i was getting some requests in my other post.
